A great Hilton Grand Vacations, nice rooms and a great facility. The pool area is really great, three big hot tubs, ping pong other games a few cabanas, hammocks and a large pool. The parking is a bit challenging, you can find it but almost never near your building. The place is off the beaten path, and quiet, we were there in February and left the sliding glass door open to listen to the frogs all night. Really great. Not as much to do in Carlsbad as San Diego, but still a lot to do and nothing including San Diego was that far of a drive. Right next to Lego land, I was told there is a direct entrance into the park from the resort.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations and grounds. Very roomy and elegant units. I would say being so close to Legoland was somewhat loud, but one night we were treated with Fireworks! Only complaint was no elevators. We had to walk up and down the stairs with all our luggage, and that was hard.

Our unit looked onto a golf course. It was quiet and relaxing. Lego Land was on the other side of the property, which closes at 6:00, so the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The complex we stayed in, had a private hot tub and fire pit which was wonderful. Very close to shopping and dining.

I've stayed here before and loved the resort. I think the convenience of lego land and being able to get to the beach within two or three minutes is fantastic. The amenities, the restaurants on-site and the rooms are impeccably amazing and would stay here again.

We stayed in a villa that had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms in it. It had a large kitchen, and table so the whole family could enjoy breakfasts and lunches there. There are a ton of shopping and restaurants nearby. Not walking distance though. The hotel also does little events for the whole family. We got to enjoy a reptile show! The large pool at the check-in location is nice size and has a lot of little slides and mini pools around. It also has a bar for food and drinks. Lots of seating. It was a ways from our room, but they offer a shuttle to the villa. It's close to the beach, not walking distance though. There's not much parking for the beaches, so we had to drive a ways before we found one that we could park at. It was maybe 3 or 4 miles from the beach closest to the hotel.
